Legal Period

You benefit from a period of 14 days from the delivery of your order and this in accordance with the legal withdrawal period in ecommerce. This doesn’t apply for services like eSIM.

The sim card must not have been activated and the return costs by standard mail are at your expense. eSIM can be refunded at anytime as long the service is not activated.

Beyond the legal period and if the sim card has not been activated, we can exchange it for you free of charge and without time limit.

In this case, contact us a at least three weeks prior your next departure to check the validity of the sim card so we can exchange it if necessary.
