Sim Card

You can return the sim card within a limit of 1 year after the purchase date.

The sim card must not have been activated and the return costs by standard mail are at your expense. Please contact us to proceed with your return.

Your travel plans have changed?

 

If your travel plans have changed you can keep your sim card and activate it later at any time – no time limit.

Please check the expiry date indicated on the sim card (if any). We can exchange it for you free of charge and without time limit. In this case, please contact us at least 3 weeks prior your next departure.

eSIM

We can refund your order if the eSIM ha not been activated within 1 year after the purchase date.
